Ascended Health – Coaching Agreement
By engaging in coaching services with Ascended Health, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement is designed to ensure clarity, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to your personal development.
1. Nature of Coaching
Coaching is a collaborative, thought-provoking process intended to support personal growth, self-awareness, and spiritual development. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.
As your coach, I (we) will offer insights, tools, and intuitive guidance to support you on your ascension journey. However, you are always responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
2. Confidentiality
All sessions are private and confidential. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to anyone without your written consent, except where required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).
3. Session Structure
- Sessions may be conducted via Zoom, phone, or in person (where applicable).
- Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes
- It is your responsibility to attend sessions on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
- Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule without penalty.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees are agreed upon at the time of booking. All payments must be made in advance. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or late cancellations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Commitment and Responsibility
You acknowledge that:
- Coaching is a personal commitment and process.
- Results depend on your active participation and willingness to explore, reflect, and take action.
- You remain responsible for your own physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being at all times.
6. Medical Disclaimer
Ascended Health does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health or medical care. If you are under the care of a health professional, please consult them before beginning coaching.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time. If you decide to discontinue coaching, you agree to provide notice via email.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. By engaging in coaching with Ascended Health, you agree to these terms.

Refund Policy

3. No Medical or Mental Health Advice
While we share spiritual experiences and insights, this is not a space for giving medical, psychological, or diagnostic advice. Please always refer others to qualified professionals when needed.
4. No Self-Promotion or Selling
This group is not a platform for promoting your own services, events, or products unless explicitly invited to do so by Ascended Health. Please refrain from unsolicited private messaging to other members.
5. Be Open, but Grounded
You’re welcome to share personal experiences, ascension symptoms, spiritual insights, and questions. Please do so in a grounded and respectful way, allowing space for others’ interpretations and journeys.
6. No Hate Speech, Discrimination, or Harassment
Zero tolerance for racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or any other form of discrimination or harassment. Violations will result in immediate removal from the group.
7. Stay on Topic
Please keep posts relevant to spiritual growth, healing, and the ascension journey. Off-topic content may be removed to maintain the clarity and focus of the group.
8. Admin Rights & Moderation
Ascended Health reserves the right to remove posts or comments that violate these rules and to remove or block members who do not align with the community’s purpose and energy.
9. You Are Responsible for Your Energy
Please take care of your own well-being. Engage from a place of self-awareness. If you're feeling triggered or ungrounded, it's okay to pause before posting or responding.
10. Celebrate and Uplift
