Part of the ascension process is to focus on raising your vibration and navigating the mirage of ascension symptoms associated with this uplevelling process. At Ascended Health, we aim to help you navigate those symptoms and help you on your way to become a happy healthy high vibing human! 

We will first look at the symptoms that you are experiencing so please list these below. And then we will look at ways to balance Mind, Body and Spirit to help ease the transition process.
